Many organizations stand up a platform team and stall within a year. The reason is rarely technical. It is that the platform is treated as infrastructure rather than as a product with users, a roadmap, and a clear value story.
Pick a small set of golden paths
Resist the urge to support every framework. Choose the two or three paths that solve real friction for the majority of teams. Document them, automate them, and protect them from drift.
Measure adoption, not output
A platform that ships features no one uses is worse than no platform at all. Track lead time, change failure rate, and the percentage of teams on the golden paths. Improve relentlessly.
